1. Return Policy
Return policy - Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of order shipment and can be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.

We will make every effort to make sure you have the correct part. For returns or exchanges please contacts us through Customer Service by e-mail customerservice@tcsgarage.com or call 760-295-3330 for an authorization number.

Special order parts are not returnable for any reason outside of our normal replacement warranty. This includes all custom-made products such as car covers and floormats.
Refunds will be issued in the form of original payment.
* Parts must be returned in the original packaging within 30 days of invoice date for a refund of purchase price.
* Parts returned within 30 days not in the original packaging are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
* Parts returned after 30 days in original packaging are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
* Parts returned after 30 days not in new condition or not in original packaging will be returned to the customer at customer's expense.
* No returns will be accepted after 60 days.
* No returns on special orders or personalized items.
* No returns on any exhaust products after installation.
* No returns on electrical products, computer chips, scanners, tools, books, videos or CD's.
* No returns of a partial kit or set, parts will be returned back to the customer at the customer's expense.
* Parts returned without customer number, address and invoice number will not be processed for a refund or exchange and will be disposed of in 30 days.

All competition and racing parts are sold "AS IS" without any expressed warranty whatsoever unless items are authorized for return 48 hours after delivery in new, unused and sellable condition (see returns). Implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose are excluded. The entire risk as to quality and performance of such parts is with the buyer. Should such parts prove defective following their purchases, the buyer, and not the manufacturer, distributor, or retailer, assumes the entire cost of necessary servicing or repair.

Note:Return packages must be sent shipping charges prepaid. COD packages will not be accepted. It is recommended that all returns be insured and shipped with a carrier providing a method of tracking in the event the shipment is lost or damaged.

3. Shipping Policy
We will make every effort to ship your order to you as quickly as possible. We usually ship your order within 1-2 business days.

However, if you have a special order or custom order, it can take upto a week to get this prduct from the manufacturer
We offer a variety of shipments methods for you to use.

Delivery of your items will depend on the method of shipment you chose;
USPS Parcel Post can take upto 10 days depending on your location from California
UPS Ground takes between 7-10 days for delivery.
USPS Priority Mail is usually delivered in 2 days etc..
